How it works
Tell us the murti you like or the deity, size and finish you need, and your city.
We send a written quotation with the murti, packing and shipping to the UAE shown separately.
Once you confirm, the murti is prepared or made, then checked before packing.
The murti is packed to protect the carving and shipped to your address.
Homes in the UAE range from studio apartments to large villas, and the right murti size depends on the space. Many apartment mandirs are wall-mounted units or cabinets with limited depth, so measure the internal height, width and depth in centimetres or inches. A villa with a dedicated pooja room can take a larger murti, but check the floor and any platform or pedestal, because marble is heavy.
Deliveries to apartment towers often need to be booked with building management, and heavy items may have to use a service lift or loading bay. Some buildings and gated communities ask for a delivery or move permit in advance. Before a large murti is dispatched, check your building's rules, the size and weight limit of the service lift and whether there is a set time window for deliveries.
For villas, tell us about gates, steps or a narrow side entrance. A large crate may need several people or equipment to move it safely, and it is much easier to plan this before the shipment arrives.
Summer temperatures in the UAE are high. Marble itself is not harmed by heat, but a crate left outdoors in direct sun is unpleasant to handle and its tape and cushioning can deteriorate. Arrange for someone to receive the delivery and bring it indoors promptly.
Customs duty and VAT apply to many goods imported into the UAE. Federal customs policy is overseen by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, while each emirate has its own customs authority, such as Dubai Customs and Abu Dhabi Customs. The charges on a particular shipment depend on the goods, their value and the rules in force when they arrive, so we do not quote rates here. Please check the official sources below, or ask the courier or clearing agent handling the shipment.
As with any import, customs may open and inspect a shipment. Clear, accurate paperwork describing the item as a marble murti helps clearance go smoothly.
Customers order from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. The route and clearance point for your shipment can depend on which emirate you live in and how the murti is sent. Delivery estimates depend on destination and shipping method, and we confirm them in your quotation.
Diwali, Navratri, Ganesh Chaturthi and Janmashtami are widely observed by families in the UAE, and many people buy a murti for a griha pravesh when moving into a new villa or apartment. Festival dates move each year with the lunar calendar. Community groups and associations sometimes order murtis for gatherings and celebrations. If you are working to a date, mention it when you enquire so we can tell you whether it is achievable.
Every international quotation lists the murti, packing and shipping separately, so you can see the full cost before deciding.

FAQ
Many apartment buildings and gated communities in the UAE ask residents to book heavy deliveries in advance, use a service lift or loading bay, and sometimes obtain a permit. Check with your building management before the murti is dispatched.
Customs duty and VAT apply to many imports into the UAE. The amount depends on the goods, their value and current rules, so please check with the relevant customs authority. Your quotation will state what is and is not included.
Tell us your emirate and area when you enquire. The shipping route and delivery arrangements can differ between emirates, and we will confirm them in your quotation.
Most apartment mandirs suit small murtis. Measure the internal height and depth of the unit, leave space in front for a diya and flowers, and we can suggest suitable sizes from there.
