Short answer
How does ordering from Swarnim Arts work?
You enquire about a murti or a custom requirement. We discuss the details and send a written quotation. Once you confirm and pay as agreed, the murti is prepared or made, checked, packed and shipped to you.
Available murtis
Use 'Ask about this murti' on the product page, or message us on WhatsApp.
We confirm availability and send a quotation with packing and shipping to your address.
You confirm the order and pay as set out in the quotation.
The murti is checked, packed and shipped, and we share the shipping details.
Custom murtis
Deity, form, size, intended use and reference images.
We agree the posture, details, marble and finish together.
A written quotation covers the murti, packing and shipping, and the timeline.
You confirm the order and make the agreed payment.
The murti is carved and finished, then checked before packing.
The murti is packed for the journey and shipped to you.
For made-to-order murtis you pay in three stages as your murti takes shape: 50% advance to begin the work, 25% once carving is complete and before packing, and the remaining 25% before dispatch, so the order is fully settled before it ships. For larger temple projects we are happy to talk through a schedule that suits your committee.
See also our payment policy and international orders information.
Timelines depend on whether the murti is available now or made to order, its size and detail, and the shipping method. We confirm a realistic timeline in your quotation.
FAQ
No payment is taken when you send an enquiry through this website. Any payment is agreed in your quotation.
Tell us as early as possible. Whether a change is possible depends on how far carving has progressed, because marble cannot be added back once removed.
We let you know when your murti has been dispatched and share the shipping details we have.
